Head chef Owner Michael is passionate about using only the finest local ingredients. Our meat is sourced locally from local butchers and direct from local farms, and our fruit and vegetables are supplied daily to ensure optimum freshness. Formerly of the Angel Inn at Hetton and more recently The Craven Heifer Inn at Skipton, Michael and his team strive to deliver you only the finest produce. Michael has won many awards, including the prestigious Sunday Times pub of the year.
